I’m not a fan of the Tobi=Obito theory but at the very least it is heavily suggested in this chapter that Tobi at least possesses Obito’s eye.
- It has exactly the opposite powers as Kakashi’s Sharingan
- Tobi “knows” about Kakashi, perhaps because as the owner of the eye, he has access to Obito’s memories (similar Itachi mind-reading Kabuto). Although other explanations are possible as well.
